XXV ACSDA General Assembly

After 4 years, we finally had the opportunity to meet in person again in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, to celebrate our XXV Annual General Assembly. The event was organized by CEVALDOM and ACSDA.This year was an election year, and the election of the members of the Executive Committee was held. Nominations were made in advance and the organizations chosen were:

• Brazil: B3
• Canada: The Canadian Depository for Securities Ltd.
• Chile: Depósito Central de Valores S.A.
• Colombia: Depósito Centralizado de Valores de Colombia DECEVAL S.A.
• Guatemala: Central de Valores Nacional S.A.
• México: S.D. Indeval Institución para el depósito de valores S.A. de C.V.
• Panamá: Central Latinoamericana de Valores S.A.
• Saint Kitts & Nevis: Eastern Caribbean Central Securities Depository

Alejandro Berney, representative of Caja de Valores, was elected as president of ACSDA for the period 2023 – 2025.

Following the Official General Assembly, there were one and a half days of presentations, panels and discussions where our members and guests had the opportunity to listen and interact with a variety of industry experts.T
he programme focused on three main themes:

• Cyber Resilience
