Executive Committee

ACSDA's Executive Committee is the body responsible for the administration and management of the Association. It is comprised of 9 members and appointed by the General Assembly. The Executive Committee appoints from among its own members, the Vice-President and Treasurer of the Association.


The President represents the Association pursuant to the provisions and powers bestowed upon him/her by ACSDA's Articles of Incorporation, by the By-Laws and by the Resolutions adopted by the General Assembly and he/she discharges this position for a period of two years, with the possibility of being reelected by the Assembly for a new term of office.
